I have a moderately expensive white shag carpet. I called Cavalry after seeing them on Thumbtack and set an appointment for the following week. When the rep finished his work, I was not overly impressed with the results. Though the rug wasn't exceptionally dirty, it definitely needed a thorough cleaning. I wanted it to look brighter and feel fluffier. After sharing my disappoint review, Cavalry contacted me and volunteered to come back out and clean the rug over. They were professional and reassured me that my rug would look like new again. My rug looks amazing! I upkeep with vacuuming once a week, and each time my husband remarks how fluffy and clean it looks. Shoes are not allowed on the carpet, but I'm going to have it professionally cleaned at least once every six months. I will definitely use Cavalry again; and refer others to the company. Great customer service will always when me over. Thanks guys! 🙂
